Scott Rouisse
President
Scott Rouisse graduated from the University of Denver where he majored in Real Estate Construction Management. This degree gave Scott a strong background in construction and real estate finance.
Prior to forming Summit, Scott was President and Managing Officer for LPL/LLC, a commercial real estate company based in central Massachusetts. In this position Scott was accountable for over one million square feet of properties located throughout New England and Florida. Scott was also responsible for finding and acquiring over $60,000,000 worth of real estate. Scott was in charge of locating the opportunities, conducting the due diligence, putting in place the financing, and eventually closing the transaction(s). Many of the properties that were purchased were distressed. Scott was successful in turning each of these properties around in a short period of time increasing the income along with the value of the assets. Scott was also successful in improving stabilized assets through increases in occupancy, rent, and by the decreasing of operating expenses.
When Scott started Summit Real Estate Strategies over 15 years ago he continued down the same path. Over the past 15 years Scott has managed, owned and/or developed over 30 buildings, where in each case he has worked to increase cash flow and value. Currently Scott has over 1,000,000 SF of property under management and in each case has improved the value by either re-developing the property, leasing vacant space, increasing rents, and in every situation has lowered the operating expenses.
Stacy Rouisse
Ms. Rouisse also graduated from the University of Denver with a major in Real Estate Finance. Preceding Summit, Stacey was an asset Manager at ADM, a Boston based company. She managed the resale of 100-125 foreclosed properties nationwide for financial institutions. Stacey also worked at Meredith and Grew, now Colliers International, in the Development & Advisory Group. Currently Stacey handles all accounting for the various projects that Summit is involved with.
